Taylor started her YouTube career first with a simple ASMR video using her smartphone. PewDiePie included her in his video about gaming shortly when she had the 50,000 mark, which was around 1 1/2 months after posting her first video. Taylor's Youtube channel reached 100,000 subscribers in 2 years. Taylor ceased to produce videos, and then put them up on the internet in private. The main reason was technical difficulties, brand new equipment problems, and she was overwhelmed with her fame. After taking a long time off for a month, she began creating new content. Taylor made her popular ASMR ten triggers to help you sleep (35 million views as of august 2022). ASMR Twenty Triggers to Go To Sleep the video, which became highly popular during July of 2017 has been seen by 38 million users as of the 20th of August, 2012. After reaching 1 million YouTube users, she was included in a Shane Dawson interview in August 2017. In February 2019, Wired UK estimated that she was earning $1,000 per day in advertising revenues through her YouTube channel
Helfer was raised in rural Donalda, Alberta, Canada, to Dennis Helfer and Elaine Helfer. She has German, English and Swedish heritage. She studied at William E. Hay Composite High School located in Stettler, Alberta. Together with her siblings Trena Tammy Tara She lived in the family grain farm. A modeling agency scout came across Helfer aged 17 while she was standing in line to see a film.
